Thinking of bringing something?
Bring it down and we’ll see what we can do.
Can you help in the community for just three hours a month?
Is fixing things and helping people something that sounds like you?
We’re looking for people who enjoy practical tasks, fixing things and helping others. Join our Repair Cafe team, meet local people and lend a hand in your community.
You don’t need to commit lots of time. Just three hours a month can make a difference. Interested? Get in touch with Shona.

Who is supporting it?
The pilot is supported by the Royal Society of Edinburgh and Williamson Trust through a Healthy Planet, Healthy People Catalyst Award.
Shona Lawson manages the six-month pilot at Bathgate Market. Alongside the repair sessions, we will record repairs, waste avoided, household savings and wellbeing. We will use what we learn to create a Community Repair Hub Toolkit for others to use.
